Friday Night...................

Just a boring night when, again, I can't sleep. It seems there are alot of those these days. So here I sit updating my window to our family. BJ finished band camp today. He is quite good at the trumpet these days. Wow have I noticed there is alot of very odd shows on TV these days. Just odd. Reality TV has ruined it for me. I really enjoyed a great sitcom. Nat and I do enjoy watching Gilmore Girls. Last year when we went to New Hampshire, on the way home hse begged us to take her to the town in CT that the show is based on. Let me tell you that Washington Depot, CT is very small, out of the way and not much like the town in the show. However, we did enjoy the scenic drive, and did find a great little town to visit. Milford, CT is a tiny little town with great architecture and some good food. The view from the railroad resturant we had lunch in was amazing. So if you get a chance, check it out.

My best friend's daughter turns 13 tomorrow and I don't think either one is ready for teen years.Her mom and I and our girls seem to have that Gilmore type relationship. We are friends with our girls as well as mothers and daughters. She is a great kid. You know the type, fun, silly, loves horses, talks alot, loves her family and friends.

WOW, vacation was great ( and long overdue!)

had a great time on Sanibel! what a long needed rest fromthe hectic life in the ER. got burned, ate too much, built sandcastles, watched iguanas in the yard, spent quality time with the family and just took it easy. boy, taking it easy can wear you out !!! LOL!

This has been a crazy couple of weeks. Natalie turned the big 1-0, or so she is calling 10. I have been working too much. Glenn has started softball practice for the fire dept. We are all praying he doesn't break anything. BJ is very glad the weather is better for golf. He is getting alot better, now driving the ball 200+ yards. Natalie's lacrosse season is under way. She loves it so much, as she can run, and run, and run. We are starting to plan our summer, camps, vacation, family visits etc. Anything outside!!!

Well this weekend was very busy for everyone. BJ had a birthday party and was at his friends most of the weekend. Natalie was hanging out with Mom and her friend Shannon. Glenn was at JEMS for most of the time. BJ and Glenn went to a Flyers game on Thursday and watched them lose. But they had fun. I have been working alot, covering for a friend of mine. I am very anxious to take some time off soon. I just am not sure where I want to go. BJ is selling mulch for boy scouts and needs orders. Please get in touch if you want some.
